Purpose: To meet prospective new members and introduce them to NNL opportunities and activities.

Purpose: To meet prospective new members and introduce them to NNL opportunities and activities.
Responsibilities
- Meet prospective members in a public, non-threatening environment
- Location: Corner Bakery Café, 6721 W 135th St., Overland Park, KS
- Date/Time:
- Evening: 2nd Thursday every month 6:00 PM
- Day: 4th Thursday every month 10:00 AM
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to time to set up
- Display sunflower centerpiece and guest book
- Wear NNL nametag as identification
- Have membership packets available
- Please stay at least 1/2 hour to assure of late arrivals
- Normal time for a meet and greet is approximately 2 hours
- Encourage all NNL members to attend and socialize with prospective members. Be sure to have each member introduce themselves and tell what they enjoy about NNL
- The Meet & Greets are published in the newsletter and on the NNL website, a global is sent out to the membership before each event
- In the event of a change of date/time please communicate with the membership, president, and database chair of the change
- Notify newsletter editor of the change if possible before the end of the month (example: cancellation of Day Meet and Greet in November and December due to the holidays)
- Names of potential new members will be given to you from various sources: Membership, Website, Area Manager and NNL members
- After visiting with the potential new member and telling her about our Club, you will give them a Membership Packet in case the membership chair is unable to attend
- Review each form with her and encourage her to complete all forms at that time and accept the due's check
- Inform the membership chair immediately, and get the due's check etc. to the membership chair
- Pass on her contact information to the Area Manager for her to follow-up.
- At the end of the Meet and Greet assure the prospective member that you are looking forward to seeing them at other NNL functions
